On Tuesday, November 8, 2012 at 9:00 am EST, this page will automatically redirect you to a form with 5 simple questions. Once you submit the form it will place you in the queue, in the order forms are submitted, to reserve your lodge and week preference for That Thing 2012.

Group Reservation Opening Day FAQ's

Q. What's with the process?

A. This creates simplicity and fairness for churches verses a registration system which is dependent upon the speed of the user, to answer multiple questions, their computer's speed, and process payments.

Q. Is this my whole reservation?

A. No. You will be contacted and must be available by one of the contacts you list on the form during then next 3 hours in order to hold your place in line. At that time, you will select your lodge/week preference and secure your spot. The camp registrar will then be registering everyone via phone during the next few days.

Q. What if I have an availability conflict when the Camp Registrar calls to complete my reservation?

A. If you have a conflict, please let us know during the preliminary phone call so we can make arrangements to call you at a time that is convenient for you.

Q. Can I fill out the form early?

A. No, the form is not available until exactly 9:00 am EST on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. The line will form as soon as the first form is submitted.
